Connect & learn sessions at speek

Speek psychologist curated and delivered skill-building weeklies. We know you've got a lot going on, so each Connect and learn session is designed to be done in just 60 minutes or less.

Our sessions are designed using clinically-proven strategies like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)​, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

Whether you need support navigating how to talk to your wider family about your child's self harm or how does autism impact self harm, there is something here for everyone.

The Connect & Learn sessions are free-of-charge.

How it works?

speek Connect and Learn sessions are 45 - 60 minutes long, with sessions running at the same time each week. Upon joining, you'll be provided access to the speek app to join our community of experts and other parents. For technical questions refer the FAQs.
